Honestly, both of these diets are dangerous. A healthy weight loss is about 1-2 pounds per week. More than that and you will start losing muscle rather than fat. If you are losing more than that you are also likely not getting all of the nutrients you need. Because of these dangerous diets, many weight loss professionals do not really like the word diet.
