Step one - start a proper/planned weight One And Done Workout Review training routine. You can do this at home by purchasing your own weights, or you can do it at your local gym which is recommended, as they'll have the proper equipment. Figure out which muscles you want to work on, and then search the internet for exercises/exercise routines you can try out.

You can't build muscle if you don't train it - so make sure you're testing yourself in the gym. Don't just go in, lift your weights and walk out. Take your time, lift heavier weights but not too heavy, as you'll just injure yourself, and make sure you workout three times each week with cardio days in between.
