I can tell my angels are trying to communicate with me when:

I feel chills or goose bumps on my skin.

When my helpers send me energy, I feel this extra charge as chills or tingling. When I feel these chills it means my guidance are suggesting that I pay attention to something. It's a confirmation that I'm on the right track with the ideas I am having. My guidance also give me chills when they are reassuring me, and reminding me of their presence. It's their way of saying "You're safe, I'm here, You are never alone."
