Your Words Will Help Or Hurt - You Choose the Outcome

While I was thinking about his verse this morning I thought of my little girls. I thought about how my words impact them. When I'm having an "off" day and just feel like I'm barking commands, it makes their behavior as well as the entire day miserable. If, however, I purpose to have a "good" day and think before I speak the day is much better. Instead of blowing up over something small (which is usually because I'm stressed about something COMPLETELY not having to do with the kids), I think calmly about what's going on, then calmly voice my concerns (without showing anger) life is much more productive.
